Many Months and Still No Google Maps for Ipad

There are literally dozens of navigations apps for the iPad in the iTunes store. Find one that suits your needs. I think from an ergomics point of view, the iPad is not very conducive to navigation, since it can't be mounted in a car's windshield very easily (and definitely not legally). And I think at some point, when a map becomes too large, it becomes distractive.

If you want to use the iPad as a flat map for planning purposes (and not for navigation), I once again point out that there are a lot of free and paid for apps available.
